If you’re looking for an easy-drinking spritz, you've come to the right place. Floral and fruity elderflower liqueur, such as St.-Germain, is mixed with a dry sparkling wine like prosecco and club soda for a crowd-favorite sipper that’s refreshing, crisp, and not too heavy on the booze. Garnish with lime juice and mint to amp up the floral vibes, or swap them for lemon and basil for a zestier take. As with all spritzes, serve it over plenty of ice and be prepared to refill frequently. This elderflower spritz is a winner.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)

  • 6 tbsp dry sparkling wine

  • 2 tbsp club soda

  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

  • 1 drop Angostura bitters (optional)

  • Lime slice, for garnish

  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add the elderflower liqueur, dry sparkling wine, club soda, lime juice, and Angostura bitters, if using. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
